Above Expectation!

When I first approached Linda, I knew our situation would be a challenge for any realtor, but was hopeful she would be willing to take us on. My parent's home was long neglected, and it would be a process even to bring the house to the point where it would be marketable. Linda pointed us to vendors that were reasonable in cost and perfectly suited to help in our unique situation. She knew the market area well, explained our options, and kept us informed along the way. Our closing was tentative even to the last day, because of Guardianships, POA's in place, and other issues that could have blown up in our face, but Linda was a calm in our storm, and we will forever be grateful for her expertise during a very trying time.
