Linda is very nice and caring and understanding of what your needs are and exceeds expectations. She worked to the last minute with me. She convinced the builder to rearrange the kitchen to our liking for better flow. I am very appreciative of Linda hard work and amazing advice.

I am a Retired Army Veteran and I had extremely high expectations when it came to searching for a new home. And because of this, Linda knew what kind of person I was and what I wanted in a new home. Linda and I became good friends in the 9 months searching for a new home. My expectations in searching for a new home was even more challenging, because as a perfectionist I did not want any imperfections in a new home. I wanted the perfect home and Linda would research looking for a new home for me more than the average realtor. Linda's research was not just between the hours of 8am to 5pm, but throughout the evening, weekends and holidays also. Linda was knowledgeable when it came to the figures in what I could afford and what was a VA approved home.
