Linda was fantastic to work with! We had watched sales activity in our area and Linda was clearly the leader in our price range and locality; we hired her as our listing agent and once on the market she had multiple offers for us in the matter of days. We’ve used her as our buyer’s rep to purchase our new house as well and know she’s taking care of things we had not even considered. Linda is professional, thorough, responsive and really fun to work with, I’d recommend her to anyone!

We recently sold and bought our homes with Linda-- from the initial starting point of looking at different homes and towns, Linda was always our advocate. She makes herself available to you for any needs and issues that arise during the buying and selling process. Linda always puts her clients needs first when determining how to proceed with offers, negotiating, & working with other realtors or sellers. We couldn't be more happy with our experience with Linda, and would highly recommend her!!

I was very impressed with Linda Hayes as she recently helped us to sell homes in a six-unit development in our area. She is a knowledgeable, creative and highly motivated realtor who absolutely gets the job done. I would absolutely recommend Linda for all of your real estate needs.
