I would not use Linda Hartman again. She showed my home for only two hours, and took just one offer without a backup. Linda became increasingly less responsive in the sale of my home as escrow lapsed beyond 45-days, and failed to close on three dates. Ultimately, I communicated directly with the buyer's agent to afford a timely closing process.
