Linda Gruber was a very conscientious realtor, who not only knows the market, but she truly will work for you and have your best interest in mind, whether you are the seller or the buyer. In my case, I was the seller. I was probably not the easiest client she ever worked with, nor the easiest sell, but you would have never known it, as her professionalism allows shined through. I seldom had to wait for a return phone call, and that was including weekends and evenings. In fact, due to me moving out of state, Linda made sure that all paperwork was completed properly and she was at our closing and we did not have to be there! I highly recommend Linda, and if I ever move back to Pennsylvania, she will be my first phone call.
