Linda was simultaneously professional and kind. She clearly knew the market and the trade as she helped us get a better deal on the house as well as get the seller to cover the costs of the repairs. She was so helpful and patient with us as first time home buyers but also ardent and insistent with the seller to be get us the best deal. If she wasn't teaching us the ropes of real estate she was making us laugh and making the stress of home buying dissipate. I'll be seeking her services again next time I'm seeking to buy a house.
