I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Linda on the sale of my mobile home. I live out of state and Linda kept me informed on everything that was happening with the sale. Sometimes I would call Linda more than once a day and she was always kind with her time. Linda also did a great job staging the home. While the house was sold furnished, she added little touches to look more inviting to future buyers. Linda had great pictures taken of the property and really took the time to make sure the pictures did a good job of showing the property. While this was a slow market, Linda made sure to always be available to anyone that was interested in the property. She would recommend during these slow times what my next steps could be with the property and while she gave these recommendations, she never pushed me to make a decision. Sadly, I didn't get what I had originally wanted for my home, but that is the market, not Linda. I am still very happy with the sell. Would I work with Linda and her team again? You bet I would. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Linda.
