My experience with Linda Gerrie was nothing short of excellent. From our first meeting until closing, she navigated me through the selling process with ease. To start, she provided me with useful tips that would help to sell my house, just as the market began so slow in the summer of 2022. They were small improvements, capable of being done by me, but I believe that they were extremely helpful in making the sale. Upon deciding which day to go live, she maintained constant communication and updates whenever I needed them. While the house was actively being shown, she went above and beyond to make sure the place was always show ready. We ran into a few snags with potential buyers because of financing and cold feet, but she helped me remain positive and remained optimistic as well. When we finally closed with the buyers, I walked away with a price that was higher than our original listing and at the top of the appraisal. She priced my house right and was extremely helpful the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone and will use her again if I purchase in the Virginia or Maryland area.

Linda helped us sell a property in Charles County MD. the deal ended up being complicated by covid and by buyer financing issues. But Linda stuck with it and figured out solutions to every problem that came up. she was professional and proactive throughout.

She is The Best Always called daily to give advice and listen to what seller had in mind. Would come to house to discuss anything that needed to be. Made any phone calls fo me . Gave list of some contractors if i needed them.

She was very attentive to my house such as proper staging, lighting and decor. She was a great help in walking me through execution of the sales contract and the closing process.
