We couldn't have happened upon a better realtor than Linda Gates. In the process of relocating from Oregon to Rochester, MN my husband phoned Linda about one of her current listings and we continued to work with her throughout our long, extensive home buying journey. She was patient with us while the rest of the family wrapped up the west coast affairs, held our hand throughout what we thought would be a home building experience, never hesitated to show us a potential property, made appropriate recommendations, and ultimately sold us our forever home in Byron. She is kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable not only of her profession but of the area as well. She made a very daunting and emotional experience so smooth and I'm a bit sad I won't get as many opportunities to interact with her. She became a friend in the process, and we will never forget the kindness and compassion she showed our family.
