Linda has completed 5 transactions for me, she sold my home in 2020, helped me buy another home in 2020, rented it out twice (2022 and 2023) and when it was time for me to sell in 2025, she handled that as well. Linda is a pro at all aspects of realty, finding the right home, finding the right buyers, working with sellers (myself) in very challenging situations, vetting and checking out perspective tenants. I have since moved out of state and when I moved, Lina secured a recommendation for a realtor in my new state, she did an excellent job of that as well, and the person she found for me has been great.
