Linda was and is a great agent. Up on the technology and quick to reply. She was on time and kept our wish list in mind when showing properties. We had went through 2 other agents prior to obtaining Linda and she was the one who got the deal done.

My fiance and I had moved to Colebrook back in 2015 when I got a teaching job in the area. I asked around and was given Linda's name from people who had found great success with her services. First, She helped me find a rent, then 9 months later we were able to have her help us a second time find the most amazing home. She put up with all our crazy requests and countless houses we wanted to see. She advised us about so many things, from her common sense house knowledge of items to look for in the houses to helping connect us with a knowledgeable lender. We closed on our new home less than a year ago, and so fast and in part because of her due diligence and her extended business people she works with in the industry. Another point I wish to make about this realtor was she was real. She didn't sugar coat things just to make a sale, and there were times where we really needed to make sure we didn't make the wrong decision without all the facts. She explained things to us that helped keep us on track and knew all the surrounding towns. By the end of the process it was like she was a friend, not just a realtor. If we ever sell for any reason, we are going nowhere else. We will be using her services in the future without hesitation. One more thing to add, this realtor really is someone who I was impressed with because when we were in a time sensitive situation she stepped up to the plate, it didn't matter if it was 8 at night, she helped us and answered questions.
