Another point I wish to make about this realtor was she was real. She didn't sugar coat things just to make a sale, and there were times where we really needed to make sure we didn't make the wrong decision without all the facts. She explained things to us that helped keep us on track and knew all the surrounding towns. By the end of the process it was like she was a friend, not just a realtor. If we ever sell for any reason, we are going nowhere else. We will be using her services in the future without hesitation. One more thing to add, this realtor really is someone who I was impressed with because when we were in a time sensitive situation she stepped up to the plate, it didn't matter if it was 8 at night, she helped us and answered questions.
