I was not planning to purchase a home because I didn't think I qualified, I had contacted Linda to help me guide me or advice me on what to do to be able to purchase in the near future. Linda asked me for info and ran it and within Days I was pre qualified for a loan and I was told I would be able to purchase, alone, without needing a co-signer! After that, I felt comfortable in the process because Linda explained everything in detail, taught me about home ownership things I didn't know and was with me from beginning til after getting my keys checking in to see how we were settling into our new home. The entire experience was pretty magical to say the least and If ever I want to buy a new home I'm going to Linda again! I also always recommend her because she is just so helpful and so knowledgeable, and always looks out to the purchasers best interest.

Linda is very knowledgeable and she help us a lot with everything we needed. Since this is the first time we are purchasing the house and we have so many question and she is very knowledgeable and answer everything that we need to know and she’s always there to answer any question. There are some hiccups along the way but she is very patient with us and make sure we got what we wanted.
