Kept me in the loop as quickly as possible with the seller and what was going on with the purchase. Would use Linda again when in the market. Only thing I would like added is a list of utilities the seller uses. Maybe like a check off sheet to be provided by the agent. There may be some confusion on what gas company, etc they may use so I had an issue with service being disconnected not knowing who provided natural gas service in the area. Overall still great to work with!
