Linda French is an amazing, passionate, professional, and dedicated realtor. I contacted Linda over Zillow when I was searching for a rental and she called me within an hour of my inquiry. Throughout the rental process she was very responsive and insightful. After working with her to secure the rental, I knew she was going to be my realtor to purchase our home. I contacted Linda several times before we began looking for our new house and we had lengthy conversations about our housing desires and the local market. Linda accompanied us to open houses all over NOVA and secured us showings at many homes before we were ready to buy a home. She encouraged us to see many homes and get familiar with the market while also providing us insight on market trends. When we found the perfect home, Linda strategized with us before we submitted our offer and we were selected while up against at least two other offers. Throughout the purchase process, she has kept us appraised of our progress and made sure she looked out for our interests. While under contract, Linda contacted our landlord and relisted our rental to help reduce the burden of paying a mortgage and rent. Linda goes above and beyond for her clients and makes you feel appreciated. I will use Linda to buy and sell all of our homes in the Northern Virginia area.
