Not only did she sell both homes in a shorter than average time, but we ultimately netted more than we expected (and more than what other realtors said we would). We could not be more pleased. She told us what to update and what to leave as is; and recommended contractors who were amazing. Because we live out of state, she went above and beyond to do things at the house that we could not. It is not an understatement to say that we could not have closed either sale without her help. She also did a great job publicizing the homes, holding open houses, bringing in prospective buyers…and following up with people who came to the open houses. We would definitely use her again and enthusiastically recommend her.

My wife and I were very fortunate to connect with Linda in our search for a home in Trinity, FL . Linda has been absolutely incredible throughout the search process. We were completely new to FL living and she took the time to educate us on what to look for, etc. and make sure that we found the right home. She was excellent at negotiations and coordinating overall sale process once we decided on a home. Her knowledge of the local market is very thorough. She knows what a fair price is for a house and will make sure you don't overpay. She's very personable, organized, responsive, etc, etc., etc....I don't think there are enough adjectives to describe all that Linda is! If fact, I'm writing this review two days after we closed on our house...Linda just emailed me at 9:30pm to check in and make sure that the carpet cleaners that she scheduled for us for today showed up and did a good job! Bottom line is that if you are looking for a home in Tampa, FL, you need to use Linda.

Could not have found a better home at a better price based on what we were looking for. Good neighborhood, good schools, good floorplan with all the updates... on a cul-de-sac, spacious yard, near water, playgrounds, a dog trail... Unreal. Can't wait to raise a family here. Thanks Linda. 5 stars.

I worked with Linda for 2-3 years as it took that long to decide on which retirement community/condo and for the sale of our home. She is a great communicator and very patient. She video'd with us so that we could "see" the prospective condos. I would highly recommend her!

My house has a different layout. It was also on the market for approx. 115 days. Linda pulled out all the stops and was here most weekends for "open" house. If she could not be here, she had someone else do the open house. When it finally sold she was masterful in the fact that she negotiated well, in my opinion.
