Linda Fitzgerald

My troubles started back in April of 2007. I was being transferred from my work and I needed to sell my house quickly. I was very excited thinking that I was going to make a nice profit on my house in Vallejo, CA and basically pay for my house in Louisiana. Then the bottom dropped out of the market. The house sat for months and continued to lose value. Needless to say I was very stressed out and had no idea of how to fix my problem.<br/><br/>Then I met Linda Fitzgerald. She was like an angel sent from heaven. She took me in and really treated me like she would if it were her own son in this bad situation. She guided me through the complete mess with compassion and understanding. I knew that I was in good hands from day one. <br/><br/>We ended up having to Short Sale the property and because of Mrs. Linda’s unbelievable work ethic we sold the house. I walked away with minimal damage to my pocket book and future. I am so thankful for her service.<br/><br/>I still call on her today if I ever have a question about real estate or send her a message just to say HI.
