I find Napa to be a very difficult market, especially for young families like ours, but Linda was able to keep spirits high and, not long after our search began, to find us just the right place. Since we've purchased the home, Linda has still been in close contact to make sure that we've made the right connections to make it perfect. In her work, I would say she is the best.

Linda worked with me to find a 1031 exchange property with a short time window. She was very proactive in finding us properties to view as well as sending us comps on similar homes so we knew the value of the ones we were considering. She handled all the inspections, paid for them upfront to get us the best prices. She checked with the City on permits for the house we bought, and researched status with Historical Society as house was on their listings. Best agent I have ever worked with in over 40 years of buying many types of properties. Would recommend her to anyone looking in the Napa and surrounding areas.

My husband and I have recently relocated to beautiful Napa California. We began our search for our new home by visiting an open house and lucky for us at the open house we met Linda. From the very moment I met Linda I loved her! She is the sweetest and most pleasant person I have ever met.
