Linda Feinstein is wonderment!

Linda Feinstein is wonderment! She has become a welcome part of our family in making herself indispensable in the selling and purchase of our homes. Linda knows how to listen, and responded to our desires, not just our needs. Her team empathetically interpreted our décor, and created both a context for a rapid match and sale of our most recent home, but also sensitively guided my wife in her search for “the right house” with which to meet our requirements going forward. Along the way she generously reassured we two floundering home-owners, even providing sentimentally sensitive tokens of concern and meaningful, small gifts at strategic points in our journey! When our long-term home finally came on the market, Ms. Feinstein played the Yentl, finding the eventual buyer within what seemed like hours! Of course, turbulent negotiations, to be expected, I guess,ensued. Linda calmed the waters more than once, and guided the process expertly and brought the process to port in a mutually satisfactory manner. But her accomplishments were far more than simply successful. The transition away from such a part of our family to a new beginning was frightening and even painful at times, and Linda was a soothing angel we have come to depend upon. Early assessment suggests that we will never have to go through this process again. However, should the need arise, Linda Feiinstein will be the first call we will be making, bolstered by her proven character and dependable, optimistic and knowledgeable skills as OUR REALTOR.
