I highly recommend Linda for many reasons. She is concise, action oriented, pays careful attention to her client's requirements, works extremely well with other realtors, and gets the job done. She picks up on the subtle aspects of home needs as well as the clear statements. She is able to negotiate the deal very well and knows the market. We interviewed a few realtors and just weren't convinced they had our best interests at heart. Selling our place for the most money was important to us, time was important, as was quality showings. Your realtor should make your sale/buy about you, not whats easiest for them. In the end, I credit Linda for atleast an 8-10% difference in what we sold for. Real numbers, real money.
