One of the first things Linda said is; I'm your broker, that means I'm looking out for you! Her sign reads; "She is your friend in Real Estate" and that's true. We gave her a list of this and that, what we were looking for, what we were trying to accomplish and she listened. Through the ups and downs, the stress, this listing, the showings, the offers, she supported us and reminded us of our goal, the reason why we wanted to sell. She listened to all we had said and was able focus and pull out our goal: To get settled in a ranch home before we retire. She got our home sold! She got the price we wanted! She negotiated other terms! We are under contract for our new Ranch Home! We are on our way!
