Linda Evan’s is a blast! I met Linda when she was doing the final inspection on my friend’s house. This is my third time working with Linda, 4 if you count the time I found my kids a rental. Linda goes all the way. I bought my first house with her. She sold that house for me and helped my daughter pack up a pod for shipping. If Linda gives up on sales she will be successful packing up pods! We had quite the adventures shopping for my new property. Linda understands her clients quickly. Linda looked at so many houses with me and we had many laughs when walking into houses that were flipped. Basically the question was what were they thinking? My most memorable shopping day was when stepping out onto a patio I turned and asked Linda if the door was too close to the pool. Linda said I don’t think so and promptly fell into the swimming pool. Linda climbed out of the pool and said “let’s check this off the list and check out our next property”. Linda is intuitive and flexible. I worked nights so she was always available to respond to calls and texts late at night and schedule showings in the afternoon. I love my new home! Thank you Linda!

This was the smoothest transition of buying a house i had ever had. Linda helped us all the way through this process and explained all and every step we took along the way. It made it a plus that she was a good person inside and out, easy to talk to. She was in it to help us get a house that was perfect for me and my wife, wasn't in it for the money like others. Linda did the most incredible work for our selling of our home that I truly believe anyother realtor would have not have done for us! She literally bent over backwards with all of the extra procedures we needed and got us connected with the right people with those procedures to have done and still we got it all completed and sold in the correct timeframe do to contract of sell… She is very personal, professional and fun to talk to and is always available when we needed her assistance! Even when it came to her getting in the house for the photos of the home and getting it on line and listed, she was very prompt about it and wasted no time for us. ( and the photos of the home were beautiful!!!) A five star rating is an understatement in my opinion, she is a 100% star for everything she did for us and we couldn’t be more happy and so thankful for her and her HARD WORK!!!! My relationship with Linda started in 2017. I met Linda when she was helping my friend Lisa buy her home in Las Vegas. Linda was funny, personable and professional. 2018 I started my home buying journey with a different realtor; who felt it was more important to just put offers on homes without viewing. (She also was sleeping with her boss and felt that weekend house hunting was not an option.) I immediately rummaged thru every drawer and handbag to find Linda Evans card. I called her at 10 that night! We had a good giggle when I told her what had transpired and she sent me home listings that night. Linda took me to many homes to view and I put in quiet a few offers. Competition was tight for homes in the Vegas Valley. Linda never gave up ! She was even told by the boss she worked with to "Cut me Loose!". She didn't cut me loose though she did change companies shortly after I closed on my new home. After I bought my home I referred Linda to whomever I met who was looking for a home or rental. Linda took the time to help my daughter and fiance who relocated to Vegas find a home via video showings so my daughter could participate in the selection of her new rental. I told Linda that if ever I was going to sell my home she was going to be my listing agent. I had over 50 realtors and companies contact me to buy my home. Each and everytime I told them to contact Linda Evans. Flash forward to 2023 and I decided it was time to leave Vegas. Linda was my first call. The first thing Linda said is " Girl I am going to miss you!" The next thing I knew we were eating lunch at Flaming Juans Fajitas and hammering out the details. My house sold in 6 days! I told Linda what a rough time my daughter was having packing up my UPACK container. Linda popped over the next day and helped my daughter get it all together!
