Working with Linda Dutcher to sell our home was a pleasure. Linda definitely has the knowledge of the market necessary for the Burnt Store area. And is extremely professional and capable. But where I think Linda is especially strong is in her hard work. I believe that our unit sold when many other similar units have not because of Linda Dutcher. With the down market there were very few showings for all Sellers. The difference was Linda's being there to show potential Buyers, not just our unit, but she also took them on a tour of all of the amenities which Grand Isles has to offer, and provided potential Buyers with the benefits of living there. I truly believe that Linda's hard work, pleasant demeanor and honesty was instrumental in our arriving at a rapid agreement to sell our unit.
