Very knowledgeable when determining price point for sale. In the end, we got over asking price with 5 offers coming in on the sale of our house, all in less than 3 days. The only concerning area we did not feel good about, was the extra cost for marketing and advertising, (or something like that). There was a one-time cost ($800.00), we incurred above and beyond the normal commission, to listing and selling agent. However, in the end, we were happy to get the home sold in a quick and timely manner. I would recommend Linda as your realtor agent
