Linda was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was a true professional and always had her clients’ best interest in mind. This was our second time using Linda in the buying/selling of our home and she did not disappoint. Any questions that we had we always answered thoroughly and in quick fashion. She has a great feelof the market and her experience made us feel at ease.

Linda Diffendal served as our agent for our recent purchase of a property that included a farm house, out buildings, and several acres of land. Given the multi-dimensional pieces of the sale, the process was complex and arduous requiring a lot of knowledge, research, determination, and persistence. Throughout several months of negotiations with the seller, Linda was the consummate professional. She always responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner... 24-7. That included periods over the holidays and weekends. If Linda did not have an answer, she quickly found someone who did. She was always patient and considerate, and never became defensive or curt. She carefully guided us through the sales process offering, when requested, names of loan institutions, underwriters, insurance companies, inspection services, closing companies, and various contractors, while extending assistance and support to a multitude of questions and concerns that we had. She went the extra mile, personally making phone calls and contacts with various municipal and governmental entities to secure answers to all of our questions. We would also like to mention that John Perry, Regional Vice President of Coldwell Banker added his personal touch responding to concerns regarding our intent to build a new home on the property. It is for these reasons that Linda has our highest recommendation.

Linda Diffendal has been of wonderful great assistance in finding, viewing, negotiating and purchasing my significant others and my dream first time home. All aspects of being a realtor Linda has demonstrated strong and significant patience, persistence, professionalism, genuine care and dedication to her clients. As well as being extremely sweet kind and helpful in answering any questions along the way. Linda has done an outstanding job in building a genuine caring relationship, researching what her clients needs and wants are and putting her time and hard effort into finding and aquiring a dream home for her client even if the market and economy fights against her. I can not thank her enough for her answering if late night questions or nights that we spent negotiating and writing offers until we found the deal right for us. Linda is highly recommended by my significant other and myself for any buyer or seller looking for a agent that wants to find and aquire your own dream home or sell your own home easily.

When my husband and I decided to relocate and sell our home in North Fayette, I knew exactly who I would call upon to help us. Linda Diffendal had all of the qualities that were important to us for this important milestone. Linda is smart, personable, knowledgeable in this field, and an expert on the local area and the market landscape. She was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, but she also took that a step further and was incredibly proactive in preparing us for every step along this journey. We never felt anxious or unprepared for the tasks required to sell as she was guiding us the entire time. Our home sold quickly and at great advantage to us, in no small part due to her expert advice on how best to showcase the property. If you want a very pleasant experience, I would HIGHLY recommend that you give Linda a call. She is a gem!
