Following the due diligence review, the buyer wanted to renegotiate price, even though the items in question had been disclosed, and the home was being sold “as is”. Linda advised that we decline any reduction in price. While we were considering this, the buyer decided to close at the contracted price, with no reductions. This saved us about $10,000.
