Linda and her team were excellent at handling our transaction which was a bit unique and tricky. We had a lot of competition in the selling market at the time we had to sell, and sell quickly. Linda came up with a perfect strategy to get the job done - she sold our house in one week at the FULL ASKING PRICE!! In addition to these spectacular results, she was extremely responsive, very available and gave great advice in the negotiations and dealing with all the offers. We listed and closed all within 6 weeks. Linda was pleasant, enjoyable to be around. She had patience and great senses of humor, a must in our opinion. I would highly recommend her for a sale or purchase, or both!!
