We met Linda by going through the Realty Plus program with our bank. On our first meeting she was extremely friendly and seemed to know exactly what she was talking about. She gave us recommendations on what we needed to do to the house to prepare it for the sale. She recommended a person to come in and take care of the work and when we met him and his crew he told us that the house would be ready to go and look new once he finished it. All we needed was a new paint job, some settling cracks fixed , some items brought up to code since our house was old and new doors inside. We had already purchased our new home over 5 hours away and Linda stayed on top of all the repairs and everything for us. She would text me with updates and photo's of the work being done. Once the house hit the market, we had an offer the next day. I think all of that was due to Linda's knowledge of real-estate and her taking care of it.
