Mrs. Linda stayed positive and always kept me updated on the home I was purchasing. This home had many issues and took over 5 months to get all of the seller's issues fixed. During that time, Mrs. Linda did not try to discourage me in waiting or pressure me in any way to move on to a more accessible house that was ready to sell. As offers would come in, Linda would provide great guidance on how to counter in order to maximize our profit. She was very receptive to all my questions about the entire process and my recommendations to add to counter offers which helped a lot during negotiations. I appreciate so much all she did for my mom and the family during this period. Such a hard thing to sell your parents house that they built and lived in for 40 years! I know that this was a challenge for her as well since the house WAS 40 years old and things needed fixed, remodeled, etc and she was showing the house as is initially which i know was difficult.
