Linda's real estate career began in Birmingham, Alabama, 24 years ago as a Broker Associate with Johnston, Rast & Hayes. Afer relocating to Northwest Florida in 1997, she began working for a major developer in Destin, Fl who was the visonary for the Regatta Bay Golf and Country Club. With 3 years of new development knowledge under her belt, she was offered the opportunity to work for another new development located on the scenic 30A corridor. This new development was WATERCOLOR and The St. Joe Company. The year was 2001 and what an amazing opportunity.
