Linda performed a comprehensive market analysis including assessment of similar properties. She helped us determine a sale price and commenced a marketing campaign that included local and national papers and websites, specialty magazines and personal contacts. Then came staging our home and farm to make it sparkle. By the time she finished we were thrilled! We brought many of her ideas to our new house, which she also found and help navigate price and contract. Our farm sold easily for a good price and we love our new home. Linda was on top of everything including negociating contract with the buyer of our home (never easy), home inspections, even helped us move. I can't thank Linda enough for everything that she has done for us.
