My husband and I are from out of town. When we decided to start looking in Rehoboth Beach. I contacted Linda Bova through the Trulia app. She took us around to all properties we wanted to see (7, I believe). She was patient and gracious. We made our decision i believe it was the last property we looked at. She walked us through the purchase process. Linda and my husband talked about the structure of the property. Linda is very knowledgeable. Linda suggested a company to do our inspection. They were excellent and thorough. Once inspection was completed she then suggested a contractor to provide us with an estimate of repairs. Linda then took the estimate price and we ended getting a credit on purchase price. So, long story short we purchased the property for a lot less then asking price. The contractor. Walter, is excellent. Linda is great. I will use Linda when I'm ready to sell this property and buy my next. Linda Bova is excellent at her job, very personable and very very likeable. I also loved her house warming gift she gave us.
