When I was relocated to south Florida in early 2019, I needed to rent a place until I had enough money to put down on a home. I was referred to her by a restaurant owner that I knew in Punta Gorda, Florida. When I spoke to her I told her that I wouldn’t be buying a home for another year or so and maybe she could refer me to an apartment complex where I could rent for the time being. She did so much better than that, she took me around several places in the area and helped me find a place to live. There was no commission involved. So when I did have the money I went back to her to help me buy property. She helped with that and in just a year I actually decided to sell the same property and buy in a different area. Through both transactions she held my hand through the process, helping me to not make any mistakes and close the sales. Now she’s helping me with another transaction with another home.
