Linda Bastraw is Excellent

When the time came to sell our house. we did not know where to turn. We asked a friend who recommended Linda Bastraw. We contacted her and she showed up when she said she would. She did a walk through with us pointing out selling points and opportunities to make the sale uneventful. Linda closed our first visit by saying the house would sell fast. She prepared the packet for us and it was exactly what she told us to expect. We were excited about the process getting underway; however. we never expected the house to sell in 5 days. Linda did tell us that our backyard (we created a personal Oasis in the desert) was a huge selling point. We were very satisfied with Linda's expertise and professionalism. We would highly recommend Linda to anyone selling or buying as she will listen and help you accomplish your real estate goals.
