A Realtor Who Knows Her Stuff!

Needing to sell my childhood home in El Paso, I made two separately, unrelated inquiries about recommended realtors. Fortunately for me and without hesitation, both people recommended Linda Bastraw. I don't live in El Paso anymore and met Linda while we packed up the household belongings. I met Linda for one day! She quickly assessed the property, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, made suggestions for presenting it, then went to work preparing it for the market. We had 3 showings within a few hours after it was listed, and 4 offers after only three days. The house was sold and closed in 3 weeks!! I'm not sure how much more I can say except that she was very professional, personable, always available, knows her stuff and certainly made it all happen. Thank you so much Linda for making an already stressful process seamless and complete.
