Linda is knowledgeable and is able to read the local market extremely well. She accurately assessed the market value of our home. She was patient in responding to all our questions and concerns in a timely and informed manner. Linda helped us through the entire process, making it a smooth experience. We have bought and sold many homes over the years, but this is the first time I can truthfully say that the process was painless and actually pleasant!!

Needing to sell my childhood home in El Paso, I made two separately, unrelated inquiries about recommended realtors. Fortunately for me and without hesitation, both people recommended Linda Bastraw. I don't live in El Paso anymore and met Linda while we packed up the household belongings. I met Linda for one day! She quickly assessed the property, listened to what we wanted to accomplish, made suggestions for presenting it, then went to work preparing it for the market. We had 3 showings within a few hours after it was listed, and 4 offers after only three days. The house was sold and closed in 3 weeks!! I'm not sure how much more I can say except that she was very professional, personable, always available, knows her stuff and certainly made it all happen. When the time came to sell our house. we did not know where to turn. We asked a friend who recommended Linda Bastraw. We contacted her and she showed up when she said she would. She did a walk through with us pointing out selling points and opportunities to make the sale uneventful. Linda closed our first visit by saying the house would sell fast. She prepared the packet for us and it was exactly what she told us to expect. We were excited about the process getting underway; however. we never expected the house to sell in 5 days. Selling a house isn't an easy task, especially when you live in another state and the house is your late mother's home. However working with Linda made the task for my sister and I less stressful. She provided good insights into the market, guided us through the process (all those documents!), and had access to local contractors to help prep the house. Throughout the process, Linda was available to answer our questions or provide advice. With her knowledge, we set the selling price, and held our breath.....the house sold "as is" at the selling price!
