After a bad experience buying our home, working with Linda in selling my home was a refreshing experience. She stayed in communication every step of the way and I knew if I had any questions i could ask and she would get back to me with an answer as soon as possible. Linda was very personable and made what can be a stressful experience as pleasant as possible. I always enjoyed hearing from her. She listened to my thoughts and concerns and was honest in her feedback when she needed to be. Linda made selling my home feel like working with a friend -a friend who knows the business!

I lived out of state and when I came here to look, Linda showed me around. We had lots of phone tag and emails on my getting the perfect place.

She was most helpful with negotiations and firm when she needed to be. I highly recommend her to anyone considering selling their property.

We were referred to Linda by an agent we had used during a couple of previous sales and we were told she was very experienced. We were very pleased with Linda. Linda sold our house in Stow, Ohio, it was on the market for 1 day, sold, and then an issue arose on the buyer's side and then we listed again and sold 2 weeks later. My wife and I were looking for a duplex, to occupy on one side and rent out the other side. This was very specific because they only represent about 15% of homes out there. On top of that, most are run down and the nice ones sell in minutes. We had not one, not two but 7 different contracts fall through. Either failed inspection, being outbid or other issues. Many issues came up during the process from the lender to the sellers and on and on. Linda spent 6 months with us to find us the right duplex and literally hundreds of calls and e-mails. I am sure our situation was more taxing than the average buyer looking for a single-family or just an investment but we were looking for both in one property and that was a tough thing to find. She never tired of us, even thought she would fire us after a few deals that fell though but she stuck with us. She sold our house, got us through a nice duplex in North Canton and even helped my mom buy a condo. Linda tried to limit the amount of clients she has at a time and this is very helpful. I recall interviewing one agent before we hired Linda and the agent was getting calls every 5 minutes when he was with us. We found this unprofessional and thought, how would he have time to meet our needs? Linda spent a lot of personal time helping us and I would really recommend her. She is a fighter and fights for her client to get them what they are looking for. In an age of online sales, she is the type of agent that is separate from all the others. Itis her career and her passion. She isn't just a fly by night agent doing it by moonlighting she was always a phone call away and made us priority. I highly recommend!

Linda provided expert advice and helped guide me through the paperwork and legal concerns related to the sale. No complaints - good experience.
