Met Linda & Gary at a graduation party, but we had two other realtors asking us to list, but before all of that, we had someone offering us a cash price and those folks we realtors, so they were going to write the contract themselves, so when we mentioned this to Linda, she immediately offered to review the contract on my behalf “Free Of Charge” the following day, those folks decided to back out, but after talking with Gary and Linda and their willingness to review the offer as a courtesy, they were the realtors we felt had our best interest at hand. They came out the following day, had photos done the next day (Friday) and the house went live that evening, and a open house the following morning BTW, The photos they had taken were amazing, and the details of our home were impeccable. The entire process from the evaluation to a contract 3 days. We actually had an offer 30 mins after listing but they advised us to give it a few days and at least have the open house.
