We so enjoyed working with our now-friend Lina! She knows the local housing market, and had an outstanding strategy to sell our house quickly. She went beyond the "usual" and provided extra help and guidance each step of the process. Our house was a "specialty home" (large home w/acreage) and it sold in less than 2 weeks! She and her asst, April, stayed on top of the details and handled them...taking the stress off of us.
