Lina helped me find the best option available in the market from finding which was the best builder for my budget. Finding a home with all my needs and even guiding me to better houses for the price compared to what I was otherwise originally looking at. So that, not only I get an amazing bang for my buck. BUT ALSO, find a home in an area which prices are expected to skyrocket so that in the future I can either rent or sell my home for the most money possible. Responses were lightning quick, she was incredibly cordial, and even though my loan officers where lackluster at responding to either Lina or myself. She found a way to get everything finished and closed extremely efficiently just like lightning. She even got me an ice cream maker as a welcoming present. I will forever always go with Lina for all my future home buying needs due to her being the best agent after talking to literal dozens in the past. I could not possibly recommend anyone else over her in the entire state of Texas.
