I don’t typically write reviews, but this is the first time that I felt in my bones that I absolutely had to. If I had known years ago how simple the home buying process could be, I would have purchased a new home ages ago. I wish I had known there existed agents as stellar as Lina. Professionally, Lina is first rate. She is always punctual and prepared at every meeting we have. She responds to every call I give her, regarding matters large and small. She answers every call promptly, or will return a call very quickly. No matter how insignificant or how ridiculous my questions for her may seem, she always responds in kind, and always knowledgably and with extreme confidence and good nature. She understands the wants and needs that I have for my home almost unnaturally so. You would think there is magic at work at how well she knows my desires almost better than I do myself. She never rushed the process, and allowed me to be certain that this was indeed the home that was meant for me. With Lina, aside from having an incredible professional relationship, you also gain a friend. The interactions with Lina never feel forced or as if I am indeed speaking with someone who is only trying to sell me something and send me on my way. She manages to play multiple roles in the home buying process, including design advice and general personal advice that has always been welcome. I loved every minute of working with Lina, even my dog has fallen in love with her. There is no need to be anxious about buying a new home when Lina is involved.
