Lin Vlacich

Lin is the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent you could possibly find. We learned quickly the Pasadena market is unlike most others. Lin’s years of experience are revealed in her approach. There is no question in our minds that she added more value to the sale of our house than twice her commission. Besides her marketing expertise, she was able to provide reputable and highly qualified contacts for every aspect of selling our house. Stagers, cleaners, estate sale experts, inspectors, movers, escrow company, etc. are all in Lin’s contact book. Ready, willing, and able to do whatever we needed to get the job done and keep it on schedule. All of this, while respecting our emotions , and the legacy of the home. If you are listing in the Pasadena area, you won’t be able to find a more qualified professional to get the job done! We are certain potential buyers will experience the same level of dedication and expertise.

No complaints here! Lin was very professional, knowledgable, and patient with us during the entire buying process. Her experience is definitely apparent. She was very responsive and acted quick when we needed her to. Currently we haven't moved in quite yet, but she's still continuing to help us with loose ends even though we've already closed. It's all very much appreciated!
