Thus, I did not hesitate working with Lily again to sell the same house 11 years later. She didn’t disappoint. She made sure I had the house in proper condition prior to listing, including getting me general contractors to help complete finish work. Also, despite my skepticism, she pushed to have the house staged. I’m glad this was done as it transformed the house. Wow, what a difference. Lily also highlighted the lot size, potential for growth, all major selling points that differentiated my house from others in the market. Also, kudos to the Keller Williams team for the professional photos, brochures, listing, and quick escrow. Great job! My house sold for much higher than expected. Highly recommend Lily and KW!

As first-time home buyers, the process can be quite overwhelming. Lily made the buying experience for us a lot less stressful. She was quick in responding and met our every need. Lily was never pushy and was always available to answer questions and schedule tours. We can never thank her enough for what she has done for our growing family. Lily was referred to us by a friend in Seattle. Being brand new to Orange County was a little challenging. We didn’t know exactly where we wanted to move to when we relocated to Orange County. Lily helped us narrow down to some key cities. We also previewed tons of resale homes as well as new construction. In the end, we found our home in a Toll Brother new construction. She was always responsive and sympathetic. She left no details uncovered and her high standards were apparent from our very first meeting. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of helping us prepare our home for sale . . . decluttering, staging and marketing the home for top dollar. She was always quick to answer any questions related to the home selling process. We ended up closing on our home for over asking price in 6 days and it was the highest price sold for our plan in the neighborhood.
