Lily helped us purchased our first home, and we are very satisfied with the experience with Lily. Lily is very professional, helpful and patient. Since we were the first time buyer, we had very limited knowledge about the whole house buying process, Lily explained every single steps patiently, and provided a lot of good advices, not only just about the house buying, but also other details such as room painting, cleaning, house maintenance, etc. Lily is also very responsive as regards to answering any questions and providing updates, and usually can schedule house tour very fast.
