I couldn't be more grateful to Lily for the incredible hard-work and devotion she invested in helping my boyfriend and I buy our new San Clemente home. It was a godsend finding a realtor with such deep experience in the local market, especially as we were traveling down from the Los Angeles area. On one day, Lily showed us seven properties and gave us a local's introduction to her community and we continued to review listings from our home up north and to brainstorm with her. Most impressive of all is that she somehow guided us to prevail over 24 other bidders in an incredibly competitive marketplace. I'm particularly in her debt because her gut instinct helped us land on the right number in our offer. She was strategic, prepared, innovative and willing to step into the breach, as happened in one case when neither my partner or I were able to take an important phone call that could have cost us the deal. Throughout the process, she has been incredibly responsive, pro-active and full of solutions that would not have occurred to either of us. She's also a delight to spend time with.
