Lily and Tabitha have been by my side for more than several closings or purchases. We had a very unique situation on this last sale of our house. My dad, moms husband had passed away before the holidays in 2025. We had to do an abbreviance on our mortgage. We had three months to pay back the money or we would loose the house. Lily and Tabitha took care of all the phone calls, put up with the rude contractor, worked with the city to get the permits closed and found us great buyers for a house that has been in our family for 60 years.
