Lilly was professional, helpful, communicative, and had the right amount of forcefulness. Many times she was the only one who got back to us with answers in a timely manner. When we couldn’t get a hold of either lawyer on either end of the process, she would push to get us answers. We were never left in a state of uncertainty if she could help it. She many times was the only one we could count on. We couldn’t recommend her any more highly.
