What a wild ride! Lily helped me purchased my condo and due to builder issues, we had to wait 8 months for closing of the house! 8 months! What makes my circumstances a little unique, is that I reside in Canada and was selling a property in the Bay Area. Lily is a great communicator, which is important when I’m not physically there. She single handedly project managed all the renovations, gardening, staging, and access, keeping me informed every step of the way. In addition, she helped navigate a fairly complex notarizing requirement for sellers that are out of the country. We juggled requirements involving US consulate appointments which conflicted with aggressive closing timelines, but we got through it, Lily staying calmer than I throughout. Finally, Lily managed to sell my property for 260K over the typical comps and my expected sales target. I was delighted. Lily went above and beyond my already high expectations.
