I knew i had a challenge to sell my home because of its unconventional floorplan, on a very busy street and timing when interest rates were being raised so quickly. Iily was up for the challenge. She recommended the necessary upgrades to sell our home, helped us navigate the selling process despite many low ball offers, a deal with over-demanding buyers, and another with an unresponsive realtor. She worked through her vacation, while sick, and when our buyer wanted to continually extend closing dates, she pushed the buyer, and their lender to get the deal done (doing the job of the buyers agent!).
