Lilly kept me in the "know" on a regular basis. She answered all my questions about the whole process of selling my moblie home, from start to finish. She is a very knowledgeable realtor. My property took longer to sell with so much competition in the same development. But with some suggestions from her on how to "spruce" up the curb appeal, I believe helped to attract more potential buyers. When it was under contract she helped me understand some of the hurddles that came up, which in the end turned out well. Lilly and I have known each other for over thirty years...of course we haven't seen each other for the last 29...but I knew just who to contact when I decided to move to Florida! I was looking for a home in the Venice, North Port area of the state. My sister lives in Venice so I talked her into looking at houses with Lilly. She and Lilly found a great house right away but I had a problem getting out there because I have a pet parrot...and noone to watch her! Hopefully, that will change soon but that was a great hindrance in doing what was necessary to buy a house. Thank God I found Lilly because she did all the work for me...she even got a handyman to put together a new parrot cage I had sent...so that it would be there when we arrived! Lilly and her group from Coast One Mortgage were wonderful with all of the details...they got me the best interest rate and a great monthly payment, they worked tirelessly on everything! Lilly even brought the house keys to my sister in Venice and arranged for me to complete the closing at home! She was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller's agent and kept me informed on a daily basis! I am not sure you can have a better agent than Lilly and her entire team. If I ever need to sell this home, I know exactly who to call when the time comes. I would recommend her to everyone I know!

My agent Lilly Alexoudis sold my house and I decided to purchase another of lesser value. Unbeknownst to me that I had no credit score. Lilly found us a great house but without a credit score I had a difficult time getting approved. The house I wanted was under contract for me. I had a harrowing time trying to establish a credit score. Lilly went through leaps and bounds assisting me to achieve a credit score. Finally after almost 3 months I did obtain a acceptable credit score. Lilly was able to extend my closing several times by negotiating with the sellers agent. Thankfully to her we closed on the house!! Lilly was outstanding and stayed by my side going above and beyond to make this happen! I was forced to sell my home because I owed someone a large sum of money. I’m elderly and retired. So the Lord sent Lilly to me. She went out of way to help us get the house ready to sell. Then Hurricane Ian came and took our roof doing substantial damage to our home. It was difficult to find contractors and roofers as everyone was affected by the storm. Finally she was able to make the listing active again. We did not want a lockbox so each time Lilly had to come and let buyers tour our home. She was always within minutes away.
