Always proactive, honest and kind
Liliya is meticulous when it comes to fine details. She made every effort to help stage and sell our house. Very friendly, great communicator and honest. She looked out for us and was on top of keeping us informed of everything going on, from buyer concerns to letting us know when there was a showing. We had pets, livestock and lived in our home of 20 years worth of personal effects at this time. It was not easy but she got our house listed sold our house quickly. We highly recommend Liliya if you want to sell or buy in South Carolina.
